Training Options

  • Personalized sessions tailored to meet each dancer’s individual needs and goals. Training will target different muscle groups to enhance dancer’s skills.

    Each session is designed to be supportive, encouraging and focused on the dancer’s unique journey.

  • Dynamic group sessions designed to enhance dance skills by building strength and endurance. Sessions cater to dancers who have similar goals and enjoy the camaraderie and competitive nature of a group environment when training.

    Dancers can expect a supportive environment where they can connect with fellow dancers, gain knowledge on the importance of cross-training, and help reach their goals to elevate their dance journey.

  • Masterclass format for studios or large groups of dancers. High-energy bootcamps that combine a full-body workout with education on the importance of cross-training.

    Designed for all skill levels — Dancers will push their limits, gain important cross-training knowledge, and set new strength goals to enhance their skills as dancers.
